About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Experience Manager with a combination of culinary expertise, restaurant operations, commercial awareness, and sales leadership to manage and grow our chicken fast-food outlet.
Industry: Chicken QSR / Fast Food
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, shifts, staff, food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and coach kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Develop and standardise recipes and calculate recipe and food costs.
- Conduct menu engineering to improve product performance and profitability.
- Monitor sales, food costs, wastage, labour costs, and basic restaurant accounts/P&L.
- Develop strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new food trends and adapt them to Bangladeshi customer tastes and locally available ingredients.
- Develop seasonal and promotional menu items suitable for Dhaka and Bangladesh.
- Recommend new products based on customer demand, seasonality, festivals, weather, trends, and profitability.
- Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve products and service.
- Work with management on promotions, pricing, product launches, and sales growth.
