The Manager – CRM is responsible for leading the overall sales and customer relationship management function, developing business strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring organizational sales objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the CRM and sales team.
- Build strategic relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and business performance.
- Prepare annual sales plans, budgets, and performance reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and business expansion initiatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, service excellence, and long-term client retention.
- Report directly to senior management regarding business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years
- Education: Master's degree in any discipline
- Skills: Strategic Leadership , Business Development , Corporate Sales & Marketing , Team Leadership , Key Account Management , Financial & Business Planning , Performance management, Decision Making , Excellent Communication & Negotiation
