Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager- Sales to lead our Corporate & Industrials Sales team in the Water Treatment Solution field such as ETP, STP, WTP, filtration media, water-treatment chemicals, water purifier machines, and related accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these products and relevant markets, along with excellent leadership and managerial skills to inspire and drive the team towards achieving company objectives and targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the market for Water Treatment Projects, Water Treatment Chemicals, Water Tanks, FRP Vessels, HDPE Pipes, and other related products and accessories.
- Promote and sell water treatment chemicals and integrated solutions for Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Water Treatment Plants (WTP).
- Execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets across industrial, institutional, and corporate sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to assess customer requirements and recommend suitable water treatment solutions.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with relevant departments.
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 8-10 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
