Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Manager with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and 5–7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing telecom civil infrastructure projects and working with leading telecom operators or TowerCo experience or vendor experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage telecom civil infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee construction of telecom tower foundations, shelters, equipment rooms, and related civil works.
• Coordinate with TowerCo’s, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and prepare project status reports.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations and client requirements.
