The Manager – Senior Data Analyst will drive Division-wide digital transformation by leveraging data, analytics and technology to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, connectivity and governance. The role will oversee enterprise data warehousing, deploy predictive analytics/AI models, and partner with Finance, HR and Operations leadership to
deliver measurable business impact and ROI across manufacturing units.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Division-wide Digital Transformation Roadmap, assessing digital maturity and process digitisation opportunities across factories.
- Lead Automation, IoT, AI, Analytics & Smart Manufacturing initiatives, evaluating digital solutions and technology partners.
- Oversee implementation, system integration, change management and user adoption of digital initiatives.
- Establish digital standards, governance and performance monitoring, while developing aligned web architecture and digital platforms.
- Measure business impact and ROI of digital initiatives to ensure tangible value.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or Industrial Engineering from a top-tier institution.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI & Data Warehousing, preferable in manufacturing, textile or supply chain.
- Expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R, SQL, Machine Learning and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, yield, downtime, production scheduling), with strong leadership, strategic thinking and executive presentation skills.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or Industrial Engineering from a top-tier institution.
- Skills: Strategic Leadership, Change Management, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Manufacturing KPI Analysis, Automation & System Integration, Digital Governance
