Nova Development is a global land and real estate development group operating across Bangladesh, UAE, USA, and UK. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Manager – Branding & Digital Marketing to strengthen our corporate brand, project visibility, and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated branding and digital marketing strategies aligned with corporate and project objectives.
- Manage Nova Development’s brand identity, positioning, communication, and digital presence across relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement digital campaigns for real estate projects, corporate initiatives, and project launches.
- Lead social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution, and community engagement.
- Plan, develop, and coordinate TVC, OVC, and other video-based brand communication campaigns, including concept development, production coordination, media planning, and performance evaluation.
- Plan and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital performance campaigns.
- Drive lead generation, website traffic, engagement, and conversion through data-driven digital marketing.
- Coordinate with creative teams/agencies for graphic design, photography, videography, motion graphics, and promotional materials.
- Develop compelling content for websites, social media, brochures, presentations, project profiles, and corporate communications.
- Monitor SEO, SEM, website performance, digital analytics, and campaign ROI.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify branding and digital growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand guidelines across all marketing and communication materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Project, and Management teams to support business and project marketing objectives.
- Prepare regular branding, digital marketing, and campaign performance reports for management.
