We are looking for an experienced Manager, Brand & Marketing who brings a strong background in advertising agencies and a proven track record of driving creative campaigns, managing brand identities, and achieving measurable business results.

This is a key leadership position responsible for executing integrated marketing strategies, maintaining brand consistency, and managing cross-platform initiatives across digital, offline, and partner ecosystems.

• Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies for all company products (Tipsoi, SensorTrail, and others).
• Oversee creative execution, brand storytelling, and visual communications.
• Lead campaign planning and execution across social, digital, print, and event channels.
• Manage agency collaborations, media planning, vendor relations, and production.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a high-performing marketing team.
• Drive brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Analyze marketing performance, campaign reports, and ROI metrics to optimize ongoing initiatives.
  

• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing.
• Must have prior experience working in an Advertising Agency.
• Strong management, supervisory, and creative direction skills.
• Proven expertise in campaign strategy, digital marketing, and brand communications.
• Excellent understanding of consumer insights, media buying, and content planning.
• Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts into tangible business outcomes.
