New Restaurant Outlets – Dhanmondi Area, Dhaka

We are going to open several new restaurant outlets in the Dhanmondi area, Dhaka. To strengthen our Branch Operations Team, we are inviting applications from experienced, energetic and service-oriented professionals for the following positions:

Position: Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Supervisor – Branch Operations

Department: Branch Operations

Work Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage operations is preferred.

• Experience in convention centre, banquet, event, catering, or related operations will be considered an added advantage.

• Candidates should have practical experience in day-to-day branch/outlet operations, customer service and team supervision.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and team-management skills.

• Ability to manage staff scheduling, attendance, service quality, customer complaints and operational discipline.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant/hospitality environment.

• Computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Office/restaurant POS or operational systems will be an advantage.

• Candidates with relevant academic qualifications and proven operational experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the assigned outlet.

• Lead, supervise and coordinate the branch team to maintain service and operational standards.

• Ensure customer satisfaction, food/service quality, cleanliness and discipline.

• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, shift scheduling and daily operational requirements.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with Kitchen, Service, Accounts, HR & Admin, Procurement and other relevant departments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, security and operational procedures.
