- Maintain and update the company`s daily accounting records accurately.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, invoices, ledgers, and other financial documents.
- Keep all Tax, VAT, AIT, and TDS records updated and well organized.
- Ensure all accounting and tax-related documents are always ready for submission whenever required.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash and bank transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and VAT authorities during audits and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with the prevailing Income Tax, VAT, and other financial laws and regulations.
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
- Skills: accountants, accounting, audit preparation, accounts reconciliation, basic accounting knowledge, knowledge of accounting software, accounting software, financial statements preparation, tax accounting, bookkeeping
