Manager, Accounts and Finance

Role Description The Manager, Accounts and Finance will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. This role will prepare and analyze financial statements, monitor cash flow, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The manager will implement and maintain internal controls, coordinate with external auditors, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities also include supervising accounting staff, improving financial processes, and supporting inventory and cost management related to skincare products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohammadpur Thana.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial management, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control in a product-based or retail/FMCG environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze data and present clear financial insights.
• Knowledge of relevant tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small finance team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) is an advantage.
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, retail, or consumer goods sector.
