- Manage and supervise the overall Finance & Accounts operations of the organization.
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, banking transactions, and working capital.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor budgetary performance.
- Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, expenses, bills, and payment processes.
- Ensure timely submission of VAT, Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.
- Review and verify bills, invoices, payment requests, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Analyze financial performance and provide management with financial insights and recommendations.
- Monitor project-wise income, expenditure, costing, and profitability, where applicable.
- Assist management in financial planning, cost control, investment decisions, and business development.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate the Finance & Accounts team.
- Coordinate with RJSC, NBR, VAT authorities, banks, auditors, legal consultants, and other regulatory bodies.
- Experience: 10+ years
- Education: master of commerce (m.com.)
- Skills: back office operations, accounting, finance management, corporate finance, budgeting and financial management, accountants, basic accounting knowledge, financial management, financial controls
