Role Description The Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring that departmental objectives are met. This role involves planning and monitoring workflows, allocating resources, and maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The Manager will track performance metrics, prepare reports for senior leadership, and support decision-making through data-driven insights. Daily tasks include supervising staff, resolving operational issues, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Proficiency in operational planning, workflow management, and performance monitoring within industrial or energy-related environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and present clear reports to senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound decisions under time and resource constraints.
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices relevant to industrial or energy operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Experience in the oil and energy sector or related industries in Bangladesh is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Dhaka and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment.
