Job Summary

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) position is an entry-level leadership program. You will work on the ground with artisan groups, help manage production schedules, fix supply chain problems and make sure our products meet quality standards.

This role offers direct coaching from our leadership team and is built for fast career growth if you are ready to learn by doing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Field Production: Visit and oversee rural artisan groups to make sure products are made on time and meet quality rules.
• Improve Supply Chains: Track raw materials (like textiles and eco-friendly supplies) from sourcing to final delivery.
• Maintain Quality Control: Help traditional craftspeople adopt clear production steps so products meet market standards.
• Work with Local Communities: Build good relationships with village leaders, artisans, and local suppliers to solve everyday work problems smoothly.
• Track & Report Data: Keep records of production numbers, costs, and delays, and present these updates directly to senior managers.
