Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell animal health products within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Develop new customers while maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Identify business opportunities and market potential.
- Technical Support
- Provide technical guidance on product usage and animal health management.
- Conduct farm visits and diagnose customer needs.
- Support veterinarians, dealers, farmers, and distributors with product recommendations.
- Resolve customer technical queries and complaints.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with veterinarians, dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Ensure regular customer visits and follow-up activities.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Promotion
- Organize product demonstrations, seminars, and farmer meetings.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and technical events.
- Educate customers on product benefits and best practices.
- Market Intelligence
- Collect information on competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Report customer feedback and market insights to management.
- Identify emerging opportunities within the territory.
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
- Learning & Development
- Participate in structured MTO training programs.
- Develop technical, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Complete assigned learning modules and field coaching activities.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry, B.Sc. in Fisheries/Aquaculture, B.Sc. in Animal Science or other relevant life science disciplines
- Skills: Animal Health, Sales Territory Management, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Market Analysis, Product promotion, Negotiation & Communication, Sales Reporting
