Management Trainee Officer (MTO) / Officer – Quality Control (QC)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production process.
• Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Perform necessary physical and basic laboratory tests as per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Identify quality issues and report non-conformities to the concerned authority.
• Maintain QC inspection reports, test records, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with the Production and Factory teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor production processes and ensure proper corrective actions are taken when required.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.

Education

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in *Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering*, or a relevant discipline.
• Candidates with relevant technical or scientific backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Experience

MTO: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Officer – QC: Preference will be given to candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.

Experience in the Food & Beverage / FMCG / Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Good knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, hygiene, food safety, and manufacturing standards.
• Ability to work in a factory environment and production schedule.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Dedicated, responsible, and willing to learn.
