Job Purpose
To develop competent sales professionals by providing structured on-the-job training and practical exposure in Interior Sales, Client Relationship Management, Lead Generation, and Business Development. The MTO will support the Sales Team in achieving business targets and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in generating sales leads and identifying potential clients for interior design and consultancy services.
- Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Design and Technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and project briefs.
- Maintain and update customer and lead databases regularly.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitors.
- Assist in arranging client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and business partners.
- Follow up on ongoing sales opportunities and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports and updates for the reporting manager.
- Learn and understand the company`s interior design services, products, pricing, and sales processes.
- Participate in training programs and development activities assigned by the management.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales and business development targets.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
- Skills: sales targets, technicalsales, sales management coaching, sales management, technical sales, sales target, sales force development, sales target achievement, outside sales
