YOUR CAREER STARTS HERE

• During the 24-month traineeship period, Management Trainee Officers will receive structured on-the-job, in-house and external training programs to develop their professional competence, leadership capability and practical exposure. The on-the-job training program includes rotational assignments in General Banking, Credit Management and Foreign Exchange Operations to develop core banking expertise.
