Job Description
Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target. Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market. Lead sales team (SR/Sales Officer) and assess the sales performance according to KPI. Manage distributors and ensure availability of products to the assigned territory. Analyze sales data to understand sales trends and competition.Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university with good CGPA. Candidates from Business background will be preferred. Strong communication skill and good command over MS Office. Mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
