- Monitor inventory levels & product availability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse & Supply Chain teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports/dashboard.
- Conduct field visits to assess distribution coverage & efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities & recommend corrective actions.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
