Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, cash books, bank books, ledgers, and other accounting records.
- Assist in journal entries, ledger posting, trial balance, and month-end closing activities.
- Perform bank, cash, customer, supplier, and other account reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Support budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning activities.
- Assist in monitoring accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, VAT and Tax requirements.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing necessary documents and information.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review.
- Work closely with other departments to understand business operations and financial processes.
- Participate in training, rotational assignments, and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/management.
- Experience: At most 2 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: accountants, accounting, financial accounting, finance management, corporate finance
