Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing ( Piston & Screw Compressor Expert ) | Showroom-Based
- Manage showroom sales and handle customer inquiries, including telephone and online leads.
- Promote Piston & Screw Compressors, Air Compressors, Spare Parts, Air Dryers, Lubrication Products, Air Filters, and related products.
- Provide expert guidance on compressor capacity, pressure, air delivery, applications, specifications, and basic troubleshooting.
- Recommend suitable compressor solutions, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with the Technical/Service Team for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support.
- Visit factories, industries, workshops, and corporate customers to develop new business.
- Promote SKF Bearings, Mitsuboshi Belts, Lubrication, Power Transmission, Air Compressors, and other Industrial Products.
- Collect customer/machine information and recommend suitable products based on application requirements.
- Support technical activities including machine data collection, vibration analysis, alignment, bearing/belt installation, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) when required.
- Develop industrial customer relationships and achieve assigned field sales targets.
- Manage showroom sales and handle customer inquiries, including telephone and online leads.
- Achieve sales targets through effective sales, marketing, customer follow-up, and business development activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new customers, market opportunities, and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, follow up inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Experience: 1-4 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
