Role Description The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhaluka Upazila. The Management Trainee will rotate through key operational and support functions, gaining exposure to production management, quality assurance, supply chain, and factory administration. Daily responsibilities include supporting supervisors with planning and monitoring workflows, collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting in the implementation of process improvements. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in meetings and training sessions, and hands-on involvement in problem-solving activities on the production floor. The Management Trainee is expected to learn company policies and procedures, develop leadership capabilities, and prepare to take on increasing levels of responsibility within the organization.

Qualifications

• Operational and analytical skills: ability to understand production processes, analyze data, monitor performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communication and collaboration skills: strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Organization and problem-solving skills: capacity to prioritize tasks, manage time, document activities accurately, and contribute to identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Leadership and learning agility: motivation to take initiative, openness to feedback, willingness to learn quickly, and interest in developing into a future management role.
• Technical and digital literacy: proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documents) and comfort using systems and tools related to manufacturing operations.
• Educational background: bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Industry awareness: interest in apparel manufacturing, global supply chains, and sustainability practices; prior internship or experience in manufacturing or textiles is an advantage.
• Workplace readiness: ability to work on-site in Bhaluka Upazila, adapt to a fast-paced factory environment, and comply with all safety and compliance requirements.
