Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management role based at S.M. Laboratory School in Sherpur. The management professional will oversee daily school operations, coordinate academic and administrative activities, and support teaching staff in implementing curricula and school policies. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, managing schedules and resources, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and ensuring effective communication among students, guardians, and faculty. The role also involves contributing to strategic planning, monitoring performance metrics, and initiating improvement initiatives to enhance the overall learning environment.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including experience managing schedules, resources, and school operations.
• Leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising staff and fostering a collaborative work culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of educational environments, school policies, and basic regulatory or compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with common office software and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in school management, academic administration, or a similar role is strongly preferred.
