Role Description The Maintenance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance activities, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily work for equipment and facility upkeep. Responsibilities include developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff and contractors, and ensuring timely repairs to minimize downtime. The role involves maintaining documentation, managing maintenance budgets and inventories, and enforcing safety and compliance standards. The Maintenance Manager collaborates with operations, production, and management teams to support efficient workflows and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
Qualifications

• Strong maintenance management capabilities, including Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair skills.
• Hands-on technical experience with Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated Supervisory Skills in leading, training, and evaluating maintenance teams.
• Ability to develop maintenance plans, track performance metrics, and manage maintenance-related documentation.
• Good understanding of workplace safety standards, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation in industrial or commercial facilities.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Prior experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or large commercial operations.
• Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
