Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow the company's Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including graphics, captions, videos, and promotional posts.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Identify and connect with potential international clients.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and follow up with prospects professionally.
• Schedule meetings or demo calls with potential clients.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM/spreadsheets.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to convert leads into clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and lead generation reports.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or B2B Lead Generation.
• Experience managing Facebook Business Pages and LinkedIn Company Pages.
• Proven experience generating international B2B leads through LinkedIn.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting skills for social media and client outreach.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other AI marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills will be an advantage.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is preferred.
• Experience working in an AI, SaaS, IT, or Software company will be given preference.
• Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
