Job Description
পণ্যের ধরন:
শিশুদের বিভিন্ন ধরনের খেলনা ও Toys Products
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
- Facebook ও অন্যান্য Online Platform-এ Live Presentation করা।
- শিশুদের বিভিন্ন খেলনা ও পণ্য সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারদের বিস্তারিত জানানো।
- Live-এর মাধ্যমে পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্য, ব্যবহার ও সুবিধা সুন্দরভাবে উপস্থাপন করা।
- কাস্টমারের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Product সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ দেওয়া।
- Online Customer-এর সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ ও Follow-up করা।
- পণ্যের Sales বৃদ্ধি এবং নির্ধারিত Sales Target অর্জনে কাজ করা।
- কাস্টমারের সাথে সুন্দর, ভদ্র ও পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখা।
প্রার্থীর যোগ্যতা:
- সাবলীলভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- ক্যামেরার সামনে আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে কথা বলতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
- Smart, Energetic ও Presentable হতে হবে।
- Customer Handling ও Communication Skill ভালো হতে হবে।
- Sales বা Live Presentation-এর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
- শিশুদের পণ্য ও খেলনা সম্পর্কে আগ্রহ থাকলে ভালো।
