Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in Dhaka. The Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining electrical distribution systems and related infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include performing technical assessments, preparing engineering drawings and documentation, coordinating with field teams on installation and maintenance activities, and monitoring system performance to ensure safety and reliability. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting project implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and organizational standards. The Engineer will contribute to process improvements, compliance with quality and safety protocols, and timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in electrical or power engineering principles, including system design, load analysis, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in engineering documentation, technical reporting, and use of relevant design or CAD tools.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, coordinate with field teams, and oversee on-site implementation and maintenance activities.
• Effective problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills for operational and technical challenges.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline; professional certifications or licenses are an advantage.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and utility standards is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work full time on-site in Dhaka and adapt to field conditions and organizational requirements.
