Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, focusing on legal support and after-sales, secondary operations. The role involves assisting with legal matters, including reviewing contracts, preparing legal documents, and supporting legal compliance activities. The individual will handle after-sales customer queries related to legal and service issues, coordinate with internal departments to resolve concerns, and ensure documentation and communication are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to understand and interpret legal principles relevant to business operations.
• Experience in Legal Consulting and handling Legal Issues in a corporate or commercial environment.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain legal and after-sales matters clearly to internal teams and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; professional legal certification or bar qualification is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in customer service or after-sales support is beneficial, especially in handling escalations and resolving issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Dhaka and maintain high ethical and confidentiality standards.
