- Manage and supervise day-to-day leather production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timeline.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and minimize wastage.
- Supervise production workers and ensure effective utilization of manpower and materials.
- Maintain daily production records and prepare necessary reports.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Identify production-related issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor machinery and equipment usage and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders according to required quality standards.
- Experience: 5 to 6 years
