We are looking for a business-focused learning leader who can strengthen the capability of our sales teams, doctors, branch managers and other customer-facing professionals.

The Role

The Learning & Development Manager will design and lead a structured capability-building system that connects training with workplace practice and measurable performance. This is not a classroom-only role. The successful candidate will combine facilitation, field coaching, assessment and KPI analysis to improve customer experience, ethical sales conversion, average bill value, repeat purchase, treatment conversion and overall branch execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Communication: Coach doctors on patient-friendly consultation, clear explanation of skin concerns and treatment rationale, realistic expectation setting and ethical recommendation—while respecting that diagnosis and clinical decisions remain solely with qualified doctors.
• Branch Leadership: Develop branch managers in daily target management, team coaching, morning huddles, KPI review, accountability, customer complaint handling, service recovery and team motivation.
• Sales Excellence: Deliver regular training on consultative selling, need discovery, value communication, objection handling, ethical upselling and cross-selling, package selling, closing, follow-up, CRM communication and repeat sales.
• Customer Journey: Create consistent communication across reception, skin analysis, doctor consultation, product or treatment recommendation, billing and follow-up.
• Product & Treatment Knowledge: Build structured learning modules on Bio-Xin/BioCare products, ingredients, benefits, usage, skin concerns, routine building, responsible claims and appropriate non-clinical explanation of aesthetic treatments.
• Role-play & Simulation: Use realistic customer scenarios to strengthen price objection handling, trust building, treatment-plan communication and confident yet ethical closing.
• Training Needs Analysis: Use branch visits, customer feedback, mystery shopping, sales data, conversion rates, complaints and management input to identify capability gaps.
• Learning Calendar: Own monthly, quarterly and annual calendars, including induction, refresher learning and remedial coaching for underperforming employees.
