Are you passionate about developing talent, improving performance, and driving learning excellence? Zenov BPO is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our training and quality initiatives and help build a high-performing workforce.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, develop, and implement training programs and learning solutions

✅ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create development plans

✅ Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure KPI achievement

✅ Develop training materials, modules, and learning content

✅ Coach, mentor, and develop team members for career growth

✅ Analyze quality reports and implement performance improvement plans

✅ Collaborate with operations and client stakeholders to enhance service quality

✅ Drive a culture of continuous learning and excellence

👤 Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Quality Assurance, or Contact Center Operations

✔ Certified ToT (Train the Trainer) is highly preferred

✔ Training and Quality Management/

✔Creating TNQ frameworks/SOPS

✔Conducting L&D trainings

✔ Experience in BPO, Contact Center, Telecommunications, NGO, or large workforce environments

✔ Strong instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills

✔ Hands-on experience with LMS and digital learning platforms

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
