About The Role
We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer, a hands-on leadership role, to own the technical side of that journey from codebase quality and cloud infrastructure to team delivery and incident response.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the ASP.NET Core codebase by making architectural calls, setting standards, and actively contributing to development.
- Design and implement multi-tenancy.
- Own the full Azure stack such as App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, networking, and security configurations.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps through build, release, and environment management across development, staging, and production.
- Lead a team of 5 developers using Scrum.
- Work directly with the Product Owner to break down product requirements into technical specifications, tasks, and sprint-ready tickets.
- Evaluate and integrate Azure AI services as AI becomes a core part of the product roadmap.
- Monitor platform health proactively.
- Manage code reviews, enforce PR standards, and maintain a high standard.
- Work collaboratively across teams such as QA/Testing, Design, AI, and other internal teams.
