Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, telesales, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
* Experience in the food delivery, restaurant, telemarketing, SaaS, or cloud kitchen industry is an advantage.
* Fresh graduates with strong English communication, fluent Hindi, and persuasive skills are also encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and basic AI dialer tools is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurants and food vendors across Europe (Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Bangladesh Standard Time) using CRM and AI dialer systems.
* Use AI dialer tools (Aircall or similar platforms) to efficiently manage outbound call flow and maximize productivity.
* Identify and generate qualified leads for YuEat’s cloud kitchen and virtual restaurant solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
* Qualify prospects and convert them into valuable business opportunities through structured conversations and follow-ups.
* Record all call activities, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
* Collect customer feedback to support continuous business improvement.
* Represent YuEat professionally in every interaction.
