The ideal candidates will bring extensive field experience in setting up new textile processing units and maintaining zero-downtime operations.
Responsibility
- Lead layout planning, machine positioning, foundation alignment, and erection during plant setup.
- Oversee full commissioning and performance testing of dyeing, printing, and finishing machines.
- Manage utility systems setup and routine maintenance, including Steam Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Air Compressors, Chillers, ETP, and WTP.
- Formulate and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, lubrication charts, and Spare Parts Management to ensure smooth operations.
- Rapidly troubleshoot independently pneumatic, hydraulic, steam line, pump, valve, servo drive, Inverter, PLC, etc.
- Technical Expertise: Deep working knowledge of machinery such as Stenters, Continuous Dyeing Ranges (CDR), Cold Pad Batch (CPB), Soft Flow / Jet Dyeing, Washing Ranges, Drying Ranges, and Compactors, Digital Printing, Coating, Lamination, Raising, Shearing, Etc.
