About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion possibilities.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Evaluate new opportunities and provide recommendations for business expansion.
- Conduct periodic reviews of overall business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and market position.
- Analyze business KPIs and identify improvement areas, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare business review reports, management dashboards, and strategic presentations for the MD & CBO.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on growth strategies, process improvement, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
- Track implementation progress of strategic initiatives and evaluate business impact.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve revenue growth and market penetration.
- Analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Support development of customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve products/services based on market insights.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to improve business efficiency and execution.
- Identify operational challenges affecting business performance and recommend solutions.
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and operational activities.
- Support execution of key management initiatives across departments.
- Work with Finance teams on business planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Prepare commercial evaluations and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years
- Education: master of business administration (mba)
- Skills: global business development, new business development, businessdevelopment, business development, strong business acumen, major account development, c-level sales, c-level executive support, it and business strategy alignment, senior executive leadership
