Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based at Feni Judge Court in Feni District. The Lawyer will represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, preparing and presenting arguments, evidence, and legal submissions. Daily responsibilities include drafting legal documents, petitions, and contracts; conducting legal research; and reviewing case files to advise clients on their rights and legal options. The role also involves liaising with court officials and other legal professionals, maintaining accurate case records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, procedures, and ethical standards. The Lawyer is expected to manage a caseload efficiently, provide clear communication to clients, and contribute to a professional and respectful courtroom environment.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities, including the capacity to interpret statutes, case law, and legal precedents.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and formal correspondence with attention to detail and clarity.
• Effective advocacy and courtroom skills, including oral argument, examination of witnesses, and negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in accessible language.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple cases, deadlines, and court schedules.
• Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and impartiality in all legal matters.
• Recognized law degree and valid authorization to practice law within the relevant jurisdiction.
• Prior experience in litigation, criminal law, civil law, or related practice areas is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with local court procedures and regulations in Feni District or similar jurisdictions is an advantage.
