Primitive Health Care is a fast-growing healthcare startup focused on improving access to modern surgical care. We are expanding our digital platforms and looking for a skilled Laravel Web Developer with practical SEO knowledge to join our team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop, maintain and improve Laravel websites and web applications

✅ Build secure backend features using PHP and Laravel

✅ Create and integrate REST APIs and third-party services

✅ Design and manage MySQL databases

✅ Fix website bugs, errors and performance issues

✅ Develop admin dashboards, forms and management modules

✅ Convert designs into responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript

✅ Implement technical, on-page and local SEO strategies

✅ Conduct keyword research and optimize website content

✅ Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs and internal links

✅ Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile

✅ Fix crawling, indexing, sitemap, robots.txt and Core Web Vitals issues

✅ Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and website performance

✅ Maintain website security, backups and performance

✅ Deploy websites and manage updates on cPanel or VPS servers

✅ Coordinate with marketing, content and operations teams

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

💻 Strong practical knowledge of PHP and Laravel is mandatory

📈 Practical knowledge of SEO is mandatory

🗄️ Good understanding of MySQL and database management

🌐 Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript and AJAX

🔗 Experience with API development and integration

🧩 Understanding of Laravel MVC, routes, controllers, models, Blade and migrations

🔍 Understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO and keyword research

📊 Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics

🐞 Ability to troubleshoot technical and website issues independently

🔐 Basic knowledge of website security and user authentication

📂 Familiarity with Git, cPanel, domains, hosting and server deployment

🤝 Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

➕ Experience developing healthcare, appointment or CRM systems

➕ Experience resolving Google indexing and technical SEO issues

➕ Familiarity with Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

➕ Familiarity with Linux VPS, Nginx or Apache

➕ Experience with mobile-app API integration

➕ A portfolio, GitHub profile or previous Laravel projects will be highly valued
