We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Laravel & WordPress Developer to join our engineering team on-site in Sylhet. If you have solid hands-on experience building scalable web applications, creating custom WordPress solutions, and writing clean, maintainable code, we would like to hear from you.

Role Details
Position: Laravel & WordPress Developer
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Location: Sylhet, Bangladesh
Experience: 2-3 years
Eligibility: Male candidates only
Salary: Negotiable (commensurate with skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using Laravel and PHP.
- Design and implement custom WordPress themes, plugins, and feature enhancements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and page speed.
- Translate client requirements and wireframes into clean, scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to maintain high code-quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel Framework, and MySQL database design.
- Proven experience in WordPress theme and plugin development and customization.
- Solid front-end skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Practical understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and Git version control.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, ownership mindset, and teamwork skills.
