Key Account Manager - Fragrance

Job Description

• Responsible for the sales and marketing of the existing and potential clients in the market.
• Prepare the annual sales budget and report sales performance.
• Develop a strategic business plan including the execution and implementation activities to ensure the achievement of the sales budget.
• Set up objectives for the key accounts, develop and maintain a Critical Action Plan so that the appropriate resources are allocated by Takasago Singapore to adequately support the sales efforts.
• Implement appropriate pricing strategies so that Gross Profit targets are achieved.
• Work closely with the related departments in Takasago Singapore and distributor to facilitate the proper and prompt handling of projects, order processing and deliveries to customers.
• Manage the activities of the Marketing Department such that the corresponding marketing support developed complements the sales strategies and efforts.
• Submit monthly Sales Reports providing updates on the status of the sales performance as well as the progress of projects with the key accounts.
• Identify new customers that can be developed as Key Accounts.
• Provide regular updates on the latest Fragrance trends, concepts and applications as well as the industry movements in Bangladesh.
• Collect market and customer information to enable the proper formulation of strategies and tactics to expand Takasago’s business.

Qualifications

• Has at least min 5 years of sales experience in Fragrance or FMCG industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related
• Excellent in engagement customer relationship
• Good communication skills
