গ্রাহকদের ইনকামিং কল গ্রহণ করে দ্রুত ও সন্তোষজনক সেবা প্রদান করা।

গ্রাহকদের বিভিন্ন প্রশ্ন ও তথ্যের উত্তর প্রদান করা।

গ্রাহকদের অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করে সিস্টেমে লিপিবদ্ধ করা এবং সমাধান সম্পর্কিত তথ্য প্রদান করা।

গ্রাহকদের সমস্যার সমাধানে সহায়তা করা (Troubleshooting)।

প্রয়োজনীয় সাধারণ তথ্য প্রদান করা।

প্রতিষ্ঠানের নির্ধারিত মানদণ্ড অনুযায়ী কলের গুণগত মান (Call Quality) বজায় রাখা।
Requirements
