Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for branding, campaigns, events, announcements, academic activities, achievements, and institutional communications.
- Design high-quality graphics for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, digital screens, presentations, print materials, and other platforms.
- Create motion graphics including animated content, promotional videos, reels, event openers, title sequences, transitions, and short-form digital content.
- Edit video footage into polished, engaging content while maintaining Uttara University’s visual identity.
- Translate creative briefs, campaign ideas, scripts, and communication objectives into effective visual solutions.
- Collaborate with teams such as Brand & PR, photographers, videographers, content writers, social media, and other University departments.
- Develop storyboards and visual concepts for campaigns, promotional videos, institutional films, social media content, and special projects.
- Ensure brand consistency in typography, color palette, logo usage, imagery, and overall visual language across all outputs.
- Adapt creative assets into multiple sizes and formats for digital and print platforms, including major University events like convocations, seminars, admission campaigns, cultural programs, and sports events.
- Stay updated on trends in graphic design, motion graphics, social media content, video editing, animation, and digital storytelling; manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take ownership from concept to final production.
- The candidate should have advanced hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects, along with a strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color, storytelling, branding, and contemporary digital content trends.
