- Relevant prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles will be given priority
- Ability to explain visa rules, documentation requirements, and timelines clearly to clients
- Good problem-solving attitude to handle client objections or issues
- Knowledge of visa categories (work, student, tourist, business, permanent residency)
- Experience: 1 year
- Education: bachelor of tourism and hospitality management
