- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new potential customers through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital research.
- Product Presentation: Pitch and demonstrate products/services clearly to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales successfully while maintaining company margins.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
