Junior Quality Inspector

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Quality Inspector role based in the Natore District. The Junior Quality Inspector will support the quality team by checking fabric, trims, and finished garments against defined standards, recording inspection results, and reporting any defects or inconsistencies. Daily tasks include conducting in-line and final inspections, verifying measurements, ensuring labeling and packaging accuracy, and assisting in root-cause analysis for recurring issues. The role involves closely following quality procedures, collaborating with production staff to prevent defects, and maintaining clear documentation for audits and reviews. The Junior Quality Inspector will also help implement improvements in inspection methods and support adherence to company quality policies.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform Inspection tasks with attention to detail and strong Analytical Skills to identify defects and trends.
• Foundational knowledge of Quality Control practices, including sampling, testing, and documentation of garment quality.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance principles to help maintain consistent standards and support preventive quality measures.
• Basic awareness of Quality Management concepts to follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Strong observational skills, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Effective communication skills to report findings clearly to supervisors and work cooperatively with production teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in a factory environment and stand for extended periods during inspections.
• Prior experience or training in garment manufacturing or textile quality inspection is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum secondary school education; vocational or technical training in textiles or quality is a plus.
