Junior Project Manager

🚀 We're Hiring: Project Manager Intern | Deep Mind Labs Limited (DML)

Deep Mind Labs Limited (DML) is an enterprise AI and Microsoft Business Applications company based in Dhaka, delivering solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and AI/ML products for clients including local and international Bank.

We're looking for a Project Manager Intern to join our team and get hands-on experience delivering real client projects — not just demos.

What You'll Do:

• Support end-to-end project coordination across our software delivery teams
• Help manage and maintain project boards, sprints, and backlogs in Jira
• Assist in facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and risks, and flag blockers early
• Act as a communication bridge between clients, developers, and leadership
• Prepare clear, concise status reports and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Scrum project boards
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal
• A highly communicative, proactive team player who follows up instead of waiting to be chased
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 0.5–1 years of experience (freshers with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply)

Nice to Have:

• Scrum/Agile certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM, or coursework)

Details:

📍 Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (Onsite)

🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

💰 Salary: BDT 10,000 – 15,000 (based on experience/skills)

📄 Duration: 6 months, with high possibility of conversion to permanent role
