- Monitoring all vehicles documents expire date and delivery documents in due time to drivers.
- Communicate with drivers & officers for prepare trip police bills.
- Monitoring & Maintaining all types of vehicle excel sheet, vehicle management software & registers (like as update of Truck, Trailer & Dump truck excel file, case and renew registers etc.).
- Dealing with all accident, police related issues.
- Receiving all drivers & helpers phone calls to solve their problems (24/7).
- Vehicle’s tow, cases & warrant withdrawal are done as per office order.
- Prepared all types of accident, police issue related bills & documentation update report.
- Distribute police bill as monthly basis.
- Rescue stuck vehicle by Rekar, Crane, Payloader as per office order.
- Branding (Truck, Trailer and Dump Truck).
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: emergency vehicle operations, administrative tasks, road transport, daily operations, knowledge of commercial vehicles, trucking, back office operations, daily operations management
