Role: Junior Marketer
Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 BDT

Role Summary:
Executes campaigns independently on smaller accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent execution on 1–2 accounts
- 3:2:2 dynamic testing
Required Skills & Knowledge
- End-to-end Meta Campaign setup (Traffic, Leads, Sales)
- Audience Targeting (Broad vs Interest vs Lookalike)
- 3:2:2 Creative Testing framework (Hook/Visual variations)
- Daily spend tracking
- CTR/CPC/CPR monitoring
- UTM parameter creation
- Basic GA4 event verification
- 80%+ client retention
