- HR duties focus on tracking daily employee attendance and ensuring the accurate, timely processing of monthly salaries. To maintain smooth operations, HR personnel handle critical communications through phone calls and direct in-person interactions to address workplace inquiries. Additionally, they oversee calendar management by coordinating and fixing meeting appointments for staff and leadership.
