- Install, configure, and maintain client network solutions including internet connectivity, routers, switches, LAN/Wi-Fi, and enterprise network setups at onsite locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client-side, last-mile, and device-related connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLA commitments.
- Handle service provisioning, new client onboarding, and network expansion activities in coordination with internal teams.
- Work closely with NOC, Transmission, and Core Network teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility checks, and provide technical recommendations for new deployments and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, visit logs, configuration details, and client feedback.
- Ensure proper installation standards, safety compliance, and quality of service delivery during onsite operations.
- Provide professional and timely communication to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and perform routine checks to ensure network stability and performance.
- Escalate critical issues proactively and follow through until resolution, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
- Experience: 0-4 years
- Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
- Skills: computer network operations, network engineering, cisco networking, it support, client services, network administration, nortel certified support, technical services, it service delivery
