- Prepare, organize, and maintain all tender-related documents for e-GP and manual tenders.
- Assist in tender preparation, document collection, submission, and follow-up activities.
- Purchase tender documents and complete related bank, pay order, and security deposit formalities.
- Visit government and private organizations for tender-related documentation, correspondence, and official activities.
- Coordinate with banks, suppliers, clients, and concerned authorities for tender-related work.
- Collect work orders, NOA, payment certificates, performance security documents, and other official papers.
- Handle all outdoor/field activities related to tender submission, project documentation, and payment follow-up.
- Maintain tender records, update work progress, and submit regular reports to management.
- Perform other tender-related administrative and outdoor assignments as instructed by management.
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: tender documentation, tendering, tender management, competitive tendering, tender planning, it procurement, tender preparation, procurement processes, government procurement, tender submissions
